    Yes.

Under CA laws/regulations, threaded barrels are only prohibited on semi-auto pistols that accept detachable magazines. [PC 30515(a)(4)(A)]

    Summary on threaded barrels:
Threaded barrel by itself (unattached) = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a rifle = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a shotgun = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a other firearm = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a bolt-action pistol = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a lever-action pistol = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a pump-action pistol = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a single-shot pistol = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a revolver = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a semi-auto pistol with a fixed magazine = legal
Threaded barrel installed on a semi-auto pistol that accepts detachable magazines = illegal, assault weapon [PC 30515(a)(4)(A)]

^^^ Threaded barrel adapter allows firearm barrel to accept oil can as a imprompto suppressor. Is it constructive possession?

          Yes.
There is no exemptions for rimfire pistols to CA assault weapons laws for handguns.
