    Am I missing something?

    This guy says he has 2 stripped lowers. He said he hasn't decided the direction of his builds.H essays maybe a pistol and an SBR.This guy lives in CA like all of us.image.jpg

                          If he bought it out of state before moving here he likely bought it as an "other" and could build it into a pistol.
