SB 880 less than 30 inches?

So i have a question about our newest infringements,

The SB880 text says that along with "evil features", being less than 30" qualifies a rifle as being an "assault weapon".

So once I register my rifles (have no choice with my employment), can I finally have a side folding stock on my ak that makes it less than 30" when folded?

I searched and couldn't find an answer.

They still haven't posted the new registration process so who knows. We will have to wait and see.
