    Security guard question

Hey what's up guys I was offered a security guard position at a medical marijuana dispensary my buddy has told me that yes they do get rated and employees/ volunteers get taken in but I will be hired through a third-party security company would I have anything to worry about if the dispensary does get rated because I really do not want to lose my 2nd Amendment rights

Won't matter if your working for a third party or not if they get raided everyone goes for a ride

If you are taken during a raid, you will end up with a criminal record.

All arrests are recorded somewhere. Conviction is what screws up your permanent record. Not worth doing and I guess a case could be made that if your armed it would be a violation of federal law, you know drugs and all

Getting raided is the least of your problems. Getting shot during a robbery is more likely.

I guess the obvious question needs to be asked, do you have a guard card? There are ad's constantly to hire guards, around here.

What are they rated for? Quality of product?

That might be a question to ask a lawyer, I would think if you work for a legitimate business and they get raided the only person that should be arrested would be the owners or people in charge of operations. Just a few months ago the city of Beaumont CA city hall got raided by the Feds due to corruption charges but I don't think they arrested any employees. OTH if you work at or for a company that is involved in obvious illegal activity then all bets are off and would I think if you were charged the state would have prove that you knew or should have known you were involved in illegal activity.
