    telescoping stock

Any insight on if the Luth-AR MBA stock be considered telescoping? Therefor making No-Go on a featureless build? The butt pad is movable with a thumb screw and I didn't know if there was any type of clarification on what makes the stock fixed.

My initial reaction was to do away with the thumb screws and go to a nut and bolt setup to make it fixed.

    link for pics.

When it comes to featureless its always best to err on the side of caution. IMO Having a cool part is not worth everything that would come with being arrested.

The closest product to this that has been discussed before is the Magpul PRS. Some say its legal, some say its illegal. But no matter what like I said before err on the side of caution.

If you have to have it, then replacing the thumb screw with a nut and bolt would be a good idea.
