As a dealer and passing on the Slidefire stocks because they were too "Grey" I didn't want to carry them, I want to get feedback on the Binary Trigger. Why are or are not these just as bad? Please help me understand, as much as I want one I don't want to be illegal.

While the RFS™ is available for sale in all 50 states, the BFS™
is not being offered for civilian sales in the following jurisdictions:
California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Iowa, New Jersey
New York, North Dakota, Oregon, and Washington

The RFS is being sold in CA, and many varmint hunters and target shooters might like the option. However, we have decided to sell the BFS only to dealers, LEO, LEA, and those lucky enough to own an AOW. We don't believe that the BFS is a state defined MBTA, but we don't want to see anyone getting prosecuted for it either. The classes noted above are all exempt from the MBTA regulation. Abcsfamilyman, you could buy own for demo purposes and you could buy inventory for LE resale, and it would not be illegal.
