I hope the end result it a 'Monkey's Paw' moral tale, and something seriously damaging financially or injurious being irreversible happens to that perverted and weird sociopathic piece of crap.

I never got scammed by him, but his very existence on this earth continues to cause significant damage to others wherein there are ripples that affect everyone eventually, like a butterfly effect.

There are so many more scams he's done that most people don't know about too. Illegal housing shacks in Sonoma County that he collected then skipped out on, money scams, work scams. He is a terrible person who should be in prison.
