Botach - Order not shipped, not responding to inquiries

Officially took 21 days to ship a package from NV to CA. 4 of those days were actual shipping. It sat it CA 20 minutes from my house, until they finally dropped it off.


I do not plan on ordering from Botach again.

How is that Botachs fault the courier sat on it for so long?

My last order with them was only partially shipped. Still havent gotten any word on the 2 mags that didnt ship. My CC was charged. I have been checking to see if the refunded. Not yet. Sent an email a few days ago. Still no reply

Botach has always treated me well and shipped promptly. However I have heard some horror stories from people who have had dealings with them.

21 - 4 = 17 days @ Botach. They used FedEx when they removed it off my order. If they had used USPS like they said they would, I bet I would have had my package. Most importantly they had the shipping label created for days before they dropped it off. Major heel dragging at every single stage.

Just sour experience all around.

Call their customer service number and speak to a representative. If they make any changes call back again to make sure they went through, because they seem to have a disconnect between those who answer the phones, those who process orders and those who ship.

My Botach order is still showing "awaiting proccssing" as of 4/27. My CC is not charged yet.

I wish Botach can ship it out after the backorder fulfilled by the factory. I can wait no matter how long, but please do not cancel our CA mag orders. Our order is only once per 20 years.

Only thing I can suggest is to call them and see whats up.

I placed two orders with Botach. Both orders shipped and arrived, but one of them was partially shipped. The only remaining item left to ship was a Surefire 60 rounder. I tried contacting them numerous times over the last 3 weeks to no avail. Phone calls, emails, voicemails, messages through the website...nothing.

Finally got ahold of a customer service representative today and was told that the Surefire 60 was out of stock with no ETA, so it was cancelled.

Kinda bummed, as I really wanted that mag, but they did deliver on 15 out of the 16 mags I ordered.

Botach emailed me in reply to an inquiry I placed from the site. They said they can still ship, and will let me know when the items are in stock.

I actually ordered some non-mag related stuff from Botach a few weeks ago and haven't heard a damn peep in a few weeks. At this point it's an experiment to see if they will actually ship my order out in due time or if it fell through the cracks. I'll probably call next week though.
