My wife is very supportive of my hobby. I try to be as transparent about my purchases as possible.

I am lucky, my wife and I are happy to each have individual accounts in addition to the one joint account.

Yeah, another lucky guy as well. Wifes family are very progun and is always supportive of our gun hobby. She has her guns and I have mine. So when things like this happen she's almost as eager to purchase as I am.
