Whats the offical deal with online order mags during this past week?

So ive been getting alot of conflicting answers, i ordered mags from gunmagwarehouse and two other places, i havent received anything yet? I was told that if the orders where placed before tomorrow at 5:00pm, we are ok since we now own them even if we dont have physical possesion of them? My concern is should i just go ahead and cancel my online orders?

Would preffer someone with actual legal knowledge ir actual FFLs reply but all help is welcome. Thanks.

Arms Unlimited sent an email saying they were going to continue accepting orders until Friday at 4:59 PM and some orders will ship out after the stay. They seem to think that as long as the magazine has been purchased you are good. Based on reading the text of the Judges decision I would agree. However I am not a lawyer.

Read the order. If you purchased said mag before 5pm Fri, you're good and mags are grandfathered. They don't have to be in your possession

From what I have been hearing on the net, It seems you are safe as long as you have purchased before 5pm PST April 5th 2019, I was also worried that maybe I had to have my hands on them before that, but it seems that you are ok as long as you have purchased before that time. Again, just what I have been hearing from Non Lawyer gun guys smarter than myself.
Screen shot, Print out and save your receipts and keep them with the mags, as proof just in case you might need it in the future.

At this point how would anyone know which mags were purchased before 5pm today or were purchased in person out of state and brought back here to California?

it seems like different businesses are choosing to exercise varying degrees of caution. Gun Mag Warehouse sent an email saying if they don't ship it out by 5PM they will cancel the order. Brownells, Arms Unlimited, and others are supposedly accepting orders until the 4:59 but will still ship after that deadline. Most all instore locations in CA seem to be allowing customers to receive their goods up until 4:59 but not after regardless. It's for sure a harder terrain to navigate for in state distributors and stores.

Gun Mag Warehouse is not accepting any more 10+ mag orders. It's posted on their site. I have come late to the party and the few places I've checked are out of stock. Does anyone know of places still selling AR15 30 round mags. Thanks

magpul said they're going to cancel all existing pending orders that have not shipped. just got off the phone with them. good thing brownells + psa came thru!
