When I spoke to Brownells this morning at around 7:30am the chick on the phone told me they had sold $350,000. There was no reason for me to questions or doubt that. It also took her 15 minutes to get to me, after a few tech issues as well that she attributes to the huge volume of phone calls.

I find it hard to believe that even a place like Brownell's would have a number like 350,000 magazines stocked.

never know? i mean not like all of those magazines were just pmags or glock mags.

i mean the magazines that are out of stock is literally for all guns made in the last 20 years.

i mean brownells wouldn't only stock 50 units of the popular stuff like pmags, glock mags and 1911's.

i would say 200,000 units is possible that they have in their warehouse for all the different magazines they stock, and they probably got their distributor quick ship the last 100,000 to them for processing.

what i am wondering is how fast did we deplete magpul, glock, mec-gar of their inventory. since i'm betting they don't send all their production out to distributors.

if the unban remains, by end of this week you will not be able to buy any 11+ mag for any rifle from any store that ships to CA, all will be out of stock.

by end of next week, same for any handgun that is CA approved, no 11+ mags, all will be out of stock.

The mad rush Friday night was probably over a million on its own. The semi-cautious crowd is pouring in now, and probably in significantly higher numbers than the Friday people. People close to CA borders probably chose to just drive instead of online order. Lots of people are probably trying to figure out how to convert blocked mags into unblocked.

I wouldn't be surprised if all together we were well above 10 million already.
