How many mags inbound into California right now

I had no intention of buying new magazines. But hey, I picked up a couple 17 round magazines just because I could. Exercising my freedom and thumbing my nose at the same time.
This deluge of "high" capacity magazines into California should be news worthy, yet I have heard nothing from the media.

I wonder how many mags are actually in stock and how many will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer?
( I also wonder where the Brownells warehouses are - they might make a good base for the upcoming zombie apocalypse...)It's tough being a tall guy in a world built for average people.Comment

Well..I disagree with you. The state has to show harm being done by the influx of new magazines flooding in.
Arguing that they are flooding into the state in itself, is not a valid argument for overturning or for a stay on Benitez' ruling.
Demonstrate where the harm is by more magazines coming in.
I could argue more harm is done every time another Prius hits the road.Last edited by M14 Junkie; 04-03-2019, 4:12 PM.Comment

"Since the issuance of the Order, Palmetto State Armory has received, accepted, processed, and shipped orders from thousands of residents of the State of California for firearm magazines with a capacity greater than ten (10) 18 rounds."
I wonder how many thousands. And what the average number of mags per customer is. More than 10 each I suspect.Comment

Remember, Becerra let his law license expire, then renewed it when he got appointed.
There was a lawsuit challenging his eligibility. He won, of course.
Laws and rules are for the little people.
I’m not surprised he’s making illogical circular arguments. I’m guessing the pleading was cobbled together over the weekend in a rush. I doubt it was proofread.Last edited by sirgrumps; 04-04-2019, 8:38 AM.?The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a ?second-class right,? subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.? ?.. Just think, the majority of the magazine sales in the past 96 hours were made by Calguns members, and probably friends of friends of Calguns members who knew about this.
I'm sure there's still a huge population of gun owners in CA who don't follow Calguns or the laws as closely and haven't bought any mags yet, but would jump all over this if they can get the chance.
I myself have been passing the word along to everyone these past 4 days... to co-workers, people at the gym, wife's friends (who's husbands are gun owners), other web forums, etc.?The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a ?second-class right,? subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.? ?.. That’s gotta weigh a bunch
I saw a Facebook post that one guy is putting off buying more mags so those in Cali can get them while to going is good. Many people approved of that postLast edited by sirgrumps; 04-03-2019, 10:26 PM.?The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a ?second-class right,? subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.? ?..
