I'm just curious why you need so many? I don't care one way or another, I'm just wondering what the purpose is. Do you load them all at home before you go to a range so you don't have to deal with reloading at the range? I'm likely going to order a couple for each of mine, but I don't see why I would need 20.

PC 32311 in my opinion was drafted to throw a large net to close what they deemed to be a gap in PC 32310 that made 32310 with the grandfather clause unenforceable and also prevent replacement parts for SCMs. The code talks nothing about intent of the purchaser and appears to limit all parts used in SCMs that are not shared with 10rd versions.

Personally, I only want a few for each gun but some really prefer not to load at the range, some shoot competitively which translates to a lot of volume.
