        Same here. I gave them 4 days after I ordered, 4 days after the charge went through on the card, before I wrote and asked. No response yet.

        I have started ordering parts of that order from other places due to the clock ticking sound I have in my head.

        Worse is every time I check my order status the only change is that more parts of the original order show as out-of-stock. All were in-stock Saturday when they charged my card.

            My shipment notification included this blurb:

            "If there are other items in your order that are not listed below, have no fear! We have multiple product warehouses and shops. We sometimes split orders to help expedite the shipping process. The remaining items in your order will ship out shortly in a separate shipment."

            Optimistically, maybe your stuff is just in a slower warehouse. Less optimistically, they might be drop shipping some items directly from a distributor that could be backlogged.

              i'm not sure what some of you guys are thinking, especially with the rush of orders that went out to these shops that aren't use to this kind of rush.

              midwayusa and brownells i can see handling the orders since they are giant operations with their own warehouse and streamlined shipping process.

              many of the stores you guys are complaining about shipping slow are mom/pop shops that employ less than 10 people.

              you really think they have the inventory or manpower to package and ship the thousands of orders they received, and in quantities they probably never experienced before?

              geez, the kind of impatience i'm seeing/reading here is something i would expect from toddlers, not grown adults. if you don't want to wait, order from the vendors that others have already said ship fast. and cancel your orders with whoever you are waiting for. This will help those who can wait, and i'm sure those shops would love to not have to deal with a whiny customer.

              but don't be butthurt also when midway and also brownells charge you sales tax, since that kicked in on April 1st. I'm sure other vendors have started charging too except the smallest of shops that may not know of this CA law.

                  When did you order? I've gotten a hold of them twice to add items to my order which they were cool about. Wasn't able to get any specific shipping time frame. Let me know if they give you a more accurate timeline. I ordered on Sunday at 3am and my order is still "on order" but CC has been charged.

                      Have you received them?

                      My complaint is that I get an email from Arms Unlimited that is titled "Your Order has Shipped", when it clearly hasn't. I paid extra for the expedited UPS, only to have it say it's "Ready for UPS".

                      Called UPS and the customer service rep said they have not received possession of the package, but a label was created.

                            Could not have said it better myself. I am a one man shop and could only imagine if hundreds/thousands of people tried to order from me at one time. Im sure the smaller guys are doing what they can to take care of us. Plus they want to make the money so they will do what they can as fast as they can to make the big money off of us while they can. Be patient put yourself in there shoes.

                              Brownells order placed Monday afternoon: received this morning. Brownells also sent me a real time email notifying that my package was delivered: nice touch.

                              Midway order placed Monday afternoon: received this mid afternoon.

                              Both companies were/are on the ball and shipped promptly. I paid for upgraded shipping for both since I wanted the packages in my hands ASAP.

                              for both Brownells and Midway.
