And for some bad news spoke to someone at gunmagwarehouse and my order is being processed can take up to 4 days to process looking at the latest shipping date is Thursday wondering if I should cancel order

I'm in the same boat. Was told lead times are 4-5 days currently.
Instead of cancelling your order with them, and perhaps complicating things...why not just place another order with a supplier who is shipping same day?! Can you really have TOO many mags right now?

The Hexmag recall was for 10 round .308 magazines. The riser was too short and they would allow you to load 11 rounds. No safety issue unless you loaded 11 thinking you loaded 10, and pulled the trigger one more time. Would be a legal issue if restricted to 10 rounds.
