List: Vendors Selling Standard Capacity Magazines (Updated 2020-08-18 1600)

During Freedom Week 2019, we had vanguards like Arms Unlimited that started selling right away. There were other more cautious vendors like Greg Cotes LLC who waited until after big boys (Brownells, MidwayUSA) commit to selling SCM to CA. So it depends on legal and financial risks merchants want to take. Can't fault them for it.

If a group of filthy angry mob of thousands can riot and loot and cause anarchy, these law abiding gun shops should be able to ship standard capacity magazines.

Add ETS Group to the list: https://www.etsgroup.us/. They sent me an e-mail today that they were shipping to CA. They have treated me very well in the past and I have used their polymer mags for ARs, Glocks, and M&P.

I had got a backorder in at Brownells for some checkmate industries M1A mags, but I guess there was a stock issue so my order was canceled.
Now I can’t find them anywhere else in stock. Bummer.

I hope the District Court decision and Appellate decision affirming that decision stand. The real risk is an en banc reversal. The Roberts court will not touch the case regardless of outcome. HOWEVER, the California law doesn't merely ban the sale of magazines, it bans ownership. I suggest no one "stock up" and brag about "stocking up." If the ruling is reversed and the law is reinstated the state will seize and steal everything we buy.

Got an email from Sportmans Outdoor Superstore that they are now shipping magazines to CA.

Seems like aimsurplus.com is selling. I was just checking on the site on the product site for a ETS Glock mag, and the it stated "yes, this item can be shipped to you" when I entered a CA zip code.

Doesn't matter whether you order from West or East; same company, just different locations with different stock / inventory, and slightly different shipping charges; i.e.; further shipping from East store will run a bit more.

Does your actual order on their website say Cancelled? Or was it just the email you got saying Cancelled?

I ordered a D60 drum and 4 Pmags and got an email saying the D60 was preparing to ship but on that email it said "Pmags Cancelled" .... But that being said I knew they were OOS and would be backordered as my final thank You page showed them backordered by the time I reached final checkout.

BUT on my account page with the order it doesn't show cancelled they still show as purchased but on backorder.

Just curious ... Hoping the Cancelled email was they just Cancelled those Pmags since it won't ship with the other item But it will just roll to a backorder status for when they do come back in stock though them down the road.
