Right, I am not talking about the customer in CA or the vendors in CA. I am speaking directly of vendors outside of CA who are shipping into CA....
I am going with the big boys here and still shipping, mainly posed the question to understand it better not as a matter of fact.
I guess the group thought is once purchased be it online out of state or in state the customer is now the owner. The out of state vendor is considered to have imported it at the time of sale and not the time it made it into CA?Comment

I imagine quite a few vacations got cancelled for warehouse workers this week lol.Comment

According to the guy I talked to earlier today they're getting a big shipment in from their distributor. I'd call them and have them cancel anything not in stock.

Thank you, ordered a couple to add to the 20 round mags I ordered from you earlier this week. Much appreciatedMike from CSSPECS:
So with my reading of the stay order and a few calls to my metal finisher I'm going to allow purchases of the Saiga .308 20rd and 25rd M77 and Vepr .308 magazines..
The magazines exist and I'm legally able to sell them as I do own them. I was worried that if I did not have them shipped that would be a problem, but the wording appears fairly clear that anything bought before 4/5 at 5pm can be received by the buyer. So a few day delay to wash and pack the magazines does not appear to be an issue.Comment

I love your spunk, but the "ruled by the people for the people" does not mean jack you know what to the CA Attny General or the CA DOJ...They have been known before to file unwarranted lawsuits....
Again, this was a discussion, not a statement of fact, on the part about Importing as the buyers are clearly protected....
And for the record it was not just the big boys, many smaller shops including myself were shipping mags to CA on Mar 29th
Either way it really does not matter as if the question I posed was correct we (vendors) are already at risk, if incorrect same effect. Shipping until 5PM tomorrow is where we are at....
I am very happy that the CA customers had a chance to "get some freedom" and I really do look forward to the original ruling becoming the foundational document to lead the charge on overturning mag ban laws across the country. We just have to wait it out. Any bets on the 9th circus upholding the original ruling in an act of sanity????Comment
