FYI I have two friends who received GunMagWarehouse orders in their mailboxes without ever getting shipping confirms. Many here have been assuming the orders never shipped, but some did. Maybe these guys are not so bad. Just bad communicators.

April 5th was Basura's original no later than date for the stay request. He is now requesting it changed to COB today.

It's not a puzzle. Waiting untill Friday 5pm would give us the whole weekend to order and ship. Rest assured an appeal is coming tomorrow.
I wonder what the time frame is for the 9th to accept and rule. Friday afternoon?

It said their much anticipated shipment has arrived and they are in the process of logging it into their system.
Shipments will be outgoing shortly.

got confirmation that orders from midway are in transit and UPS tracking shows they are in transit. confirmed purchase with magpul but they offer no shipping or tracking info so that is a total mystery. Top Gun notified me that it shipped but the USPS tracking shows an alert that says "Your shipment has potentially been delayed due to emergency or other conditions at 10:26 am on April 4, 2019 in CHESTERLAND, OH 44026." Not sure what this means I should have shipped UPS. Hopefully the Chesterland post office is inundated with packages heading to California and they can't keep up.

Got email back from Top Gun regarding the alert:

"This is what we know:

The ALERT notice you found in your tracking info is due to an internal issue at one of the routing stations that all of our outgoing mail passes through. That station is re-routing all of that mail to a secondary station for processing. Unfortunately, the secondary station does not have the processing capacity of the primary which will result in a slight delay getting your shipment to you. It appears to only be an additional day or two.

Does Ruger have pretty good shipping? They seem to have the ones I want in stock, and I'm tempted to get some (overpriced as they are) and get the fastest shipping I can so I at least have something in hand as soon as possible.

EDIT: Woops, looks like they're out. Some people made that decision quicker than I did.

Bercerra has demanded that Judge Benitez issue a stay no later than 5pm TODAY. He then threatens the judge that the AG will go to the 9th for an appeal immediately due to the emergency nature of the situation if no stay is issued.
