PSA just sent me an email stating the following:

Someone got that yesterday or the day before too (These past few days are really blurring together). Safe to ignore as people are getting things shipped. Must be some odd, delayed message.



Copper Custom (Military Arms Channel co-owner of shop) replied to my e-mail saying: "Yes, we will process these particular orders."

Just curious: what stops Becerra to reach out every store from the list and request info about who purchased what?

He can request, and the vendors can politely tell him to go pound sand.

Any reason to report to the authorities if you happen to get a defective batch of mags and you threw it away? It does happen now then, and since we haven't handled these mags in a while, I might not know how to properly care for them...

WTF?? is right. They were first vendor I ordered with on Friday night. I did 2 orders cause I forgot to buy a few Beretta 92 mags w the first large order I put in.

My CC was charged today and this morning I received shipping confirm on the Beretta 92 mags-- but I could care less about those-- what I really want is the large order to ship that I first placed w them on Friday night.

Well, at least I have a couple back ups that already shipped out to me--- but cannot believe that from PSA-- they just sent me a shipping confirm this morning for my small order, but my large order placed Friday night still says "in process'-- even though the pending cc charge went though finally on my account today.

Very strange.

Correct me if I'm wrong but PSA is wrong about Los Angeles... the city-level mag ban was sued into oblivion by local sheriff's and eventually dropped completely, right?

My Midway order from last night shipped! My co-worker who ordered during his lunch hour (12:45) just got a shipping notification. 45 minute turn-around!

Midway continues to kick serious arse!
They were the fastest out of the 5 that I tried.
They are in it to win it...both profit and liberty!

I understood Los Angeles dropped it after the state one was going to take effect. Trying to find written confirmation or something.

Correct and it also had to do with the state passing effectively the same ban...so they repealed it.

Ugh, it's definitely worrying if what the other user said is correct. The CSA told me that my order was in the que to be shipped, but I'm hoping the shipping time isn't too long (if they really do what the user said) since I'm guessing there might be another ruling.

To be safe, I'm emptying my bank account on other orders to be sure at least some of them go through. If the 9th circuit just takes the loss and doesn't contest it, I'll have a metric ton of magazines

Same with Taran Tactical Innovations. They said on IG that they can only sell complete mags with their extensions, and not just the extension by itself.

Specifically states manufacture of the law from 2000 Ban

"Effective January 1, 2000, the manufacture, importation, sale, or transfer of any large capacity
firearms magazine, except to specifically designated parties and under specified conditions, will be
prohibited by law."

and the new ruling included the 2000 ban soooo?
