Looks like the Communists are up to their shenanigans again. This should make it easier for them to spot and toss undesired ballots.

There is a hole in the envelope that shows that you voted against prop 50.

Someone needs to send this to the White House and let them know the cheating has started!

It is likely use in the automatic sorting machine, to separate YES and NO ballots. It also makes it easier to "lose" the boxes of NO ballots before it is counted.

ok, just checked our ballots. For ours, the "yes" or "no" marks will not line up with the envelope holes. The instructions graphic ("Do this") showing how to fill in the bubble does. I think that's what's showing in the picture above.

But, CHECK YOURS FOR YOURSELF. I *do not* trust the state's election system and neither should you. I plan to vote in person. I don't trust mail-in.

Already knew about this trick. I make sure you can't tell how I voted on my ballot envelope. We all know that there is fraud in CA elections.
