It's just that I have heard of none of other candidates and looking at some of their websites, there is little info other than campaign talk and not much about their history or actual views on many issues.

I think other candidates are hoping Newsom ***ks up somehow and/or hot issues like abortion, water, electricity, etc. get high visibility.

if the Newsom challengers put out the same old tired R talking points, it'll go nowhere.

Its been rigged for Newsome from the beginning.
That said Long Beach voters should consider Nick Liddi who spoke before us on Sat night. He is a sincere man and wants to make Long Beach safe with enhanced sentences for those who are career criminals .
          Liddi for LongBeach.com

2 weeks ago tri county sheriffs had a seminar and I will vote Alex Villanova, although its unlikely he can win with the swamp propaganda against him .
Judgevoterguide.com should be consulted before voting on judges .
This will be my last vote in California, but I will vote and waste my time just out of habit.

If you can listen to John and Ken on KFI am 640. They do a pretty good job of talking about the candidates and usually have most of them on. They also do a pretty good job of grilling them on issues that really affect CA (crime, homelessness, illegal immigration, etc.).
I will stand for truth even if I stand alone.

The last time I had faith in the News was when it was with Huey Lewis.

Yeah I listen then John says something so dumb , I turn them off for weeks .
I.e. trump lost ! i.e. Trophy hunters are a problem.
Anyway maybe someone will post their recommendations ,so I needn't listen to them.

I'd vote for a flaming sack of dog crap before I'd vote for Newsom.

Why bother? Nancy Pelosi's nephew, Gavin NEWSCUM, will win in a landslide. With all the ballot harvesting and write in votes, California elections are about as honest as Chuckie Schumer and Nancy.

I will vote these recommendations too. GOP needs unity as does Trump .

I don't know. The GOP is so full of RINO's that I don't trust them. For example, the National Tax Limitation Committee is recommending Jon Elist for US Senate. He's a businessman, not an attorney, which I like. The GOP recommendation, Mark Meuser is an attorney, and I think that is a big part of the problem with government, too many smarmy attorneys.
Just my thought as I try to wade through the BS. Neither candidate voices an opinion on 2A.

thanks for this, what I was thinking too! too many chances of diluting the vote with so many choices.
