    Villaraigosa next governor???

Just read an op ed on The Hill that Newsom and Villaraigosa are in a virtual tie in current polling and that because Villaraigosa has a larger hispanic base in So Cal that he will most likely be the next governor of California. Hispanic's are the largest population group in California. If they come together to support Villaraigosa he has a good chance to beat Newsom.

    Interesting.

This will be one of those elections of "NONE OF THE ABOVE" would be a good selection. Having said that I dislike Newscum and would vote for the other rather than him.

I think that it would be interesting if Newsom lost. He would be out of California politics for 4 to 8 years. Any office other than governor would be a come down. I would bet that he was thinking that being the governor of California would be a stepping stone to the White House. It will be an interesting year to say the least.

Newsomw is a definite No --- I will wait before deciding on a write in.
There is still a possibility we can get just 1 republican to run in the primary.

If that's the PPIC poll, roughly a quarter of respondents were undecided.

Newsom still has more cash in the bank than all other candidates combined.

Villaraigosa is going for the old fish hook strategy (hitting the more conservative areas of the state for something that looks like a fish hook) in cobbling together enough votes to beat Newsom, which is smart because it's really his only shot.

The California Police Chiefs Association and the Peace Officers Research Association of California just signed on to Villaraigosa. http://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-...199697984.html

Newsome is a definite jerk-off, but I could not in good conscience vote for Villarag after I read an article where he was bragging about how Mexico was taking back California without firing a shot.

He ain't no American, and he doesn't belong in office.

A choice between Newsome and Villaragoso is literally a choice between a d-bag and a Sxxx sandwich.

But at least Villaroagso told the truth. This time anyway.

We're screwed with either one of them. I personally wouldn't piss on any one of them if they were on fire.

                        So vote for Travis Allen:

                        Art,

This week kicked off with over 1,200 activists from across California joining me on the steps of the State Capitol to rally and fight back against Jerry Brown and the Democrats who have run our state into the ground.

The crowd that rallied with us on Sunday is just a small number of the tens of thousands who have already signed up to be a part of this campaign.

                        Are you one of them?

We are the silent majority, Art -- but we can be silent no longer.

Please take a minute and a half to watch this brief video of our rally, and then just another minute to help us take back California!

                        Take Back California Rally

Thank you for fighting with me!

                        - Travis Allen

                          This.

Why is everyone in a hurry to vote for the less evil Dem now? There's only a couple months left before the June primary, focus your energy on getting a Republican to make it now. You'll have from June til November to pick the less evil Dem if we can't get a Republican through the primary.

Plus there's more competition on the Dem side, that should better our chances of splitting their vote in June.

                            So you'll vote for Newsom?

I won't vote for a Democrat, period. Didn't when it came down to Kameltoe or Sanchez, won't cast a vote for either Newsom of 'Tony'.

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

You mean he'd have to get a real job for once in his life?

He is definitely looking at the governorship to advance to the White House, apparently he believes that his ultra liberalism will play outside of the California Bay Area and Los Angeles metro areas....he's wrong.
