It looks like he was an NRA Director at one time, may have been recently.
I'm not familiar with his work as an NRA Director, that doesn't mean it isn't there but if he was very active I'd think I would have heard of his efforts by now.

Since we can choose 25 out of 29, anyone from CA gets my vote unless someone knows a reason why they shouldn't. Plus everyone on the ballot was chosen to be there by the NRA.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

IIRC, he's a pro-2A Hollywood screenwriter/director who was once an NRA boardmember, but came 200 votes short in the last election he was in.
"Prohibit the peasants from owning katanas, wakizashis, arrows, spears, or matchlock rifles. If the peasants are armed, they will not pay nengu (taxes) and they will not be subordinate to the officials."

Toyotomi Hideyoshi's Sword Hunt Edict of 1588, establishing the class division between the peasants (commoners) and the samurai (the governing elites).

If you're not an NRA member, you should consider joining, it really is one of the few organizations that supports the 2nd amendment.

Thanks for all the information. I just signed up this year so I guess I won't be able to vote for a few years.

Good advice and I think a 1 year membership is only 25 ! That less than a box of most centerfire reloads .

Another tactic is to pretend your an NRA member. We have a few in here who fit that category . Yeah we know who they are because NRA members are better educated on issues than these wannabe's .
