So the judge could sit on this and not rule until 2020+?

The case is only at the District level. Even if we win at this level, the state will appeal and chances are roster will be allowed to stand until the appeal is resolved.

If you want an off-roster gun, the time to get one is "now." Otherwise, you might have to wait a year or two (or get a used one.)

pretty much. look how long the Palmer? case languished in DC. it went through 2-3 judges before it was ruled on. Gura even petitioned the appeals court twice to try to get them to tell the Judge to hurry up.

Indeed. I don't think they will go for the prices people are dreaming of. The only people who know what SSE is are cal gun members. Everyone who wants a off roster will own them already. No cal gunner is going pay %30 over MSRP. Maybe 5+ years from 2015 prices will go up if court hasn't ruled yet.
