    Sounds like we agree completely, it is just that I get comedy out of the guys that buy plastic then whine because it doesn't hold up like aluminum of the same design.
    There is no certainty they will be hammered by the ATF. There is no requirement to have a determination letter and we all know why companies get them before they go into production. They have the right to proceed at risk.

      I agree, except that remember that their customer list was confiscated...
      The risk they take is with their customer's info...
