We weren't considered worms until assgoblins like Tomy boy here passed the 34 NFA and the 68 GCA.

    We were men with rights.

Sorry Tommy, but we're not putting up with being tread on anymore.

Just because the media and other folks are scared doesn't mean we 2nd Amendment supporters are in the minority. This country has been over-influenced by the media minority for too long. This is an excellent example of how these report writers do not speak for the common man anymore. Congress and even the Supreme Court agree that these guns bans have gone too far. Its nice to see a little common sense brought back into politics even if whiners like little Tommy here would only like to see the Police carrying guns.

*** hole has nothing better to do...he would change his tone if he got robbed or beat or stabbed or killed.

I agree with this reporter. I mean, sure, the Bill of Rights talks about the right to keep and bear arms, but geez, what if we actually put that into practice? It would be a catastrophe!

Also, while I'm this subject, this whole "freedom of the press" thing, I know it's in there in the First Amendment but I sure hope no one ever tries to ram that down the throats of DC or the states. Mon Dieu, can you imagine? People would be free to publish criticism not just of foreign leaders who might be visiting, but even of the US political leadership! People could print all kinds of crazy things. Think of all the anger that could be stirred up, all the dangerous ideas that might get out, all the foreign leaders who could be insulted, the Muslim riots that might happen if someone prints an "assault cartoon", all the elections that could be lost because some unimportant piece of information gets out. It would be chaos! No politician or leader in this country would be safe. And if freedom of speech is really an absolute right, as the ACLU is claiming it is, people could yell "fire" in a crowded movie theater! Can you imagine that some group of loonies wants people to have the right to do that? So irresponsible of them. I'm so glad that we don't need to really follow the literal meaning of that dusty old Bill of Rights because that "freedom of the press" thing would be a total disaster.

LOL!!! yea, the killed part would really change his tone.
Look at the tyranny of party -- at what is called party allegiance, party loyalty -- a snare invented by designing men for selfish purposes -- and which turns voters into chattles, slaves, rabbits, and all the while their masters, and they themselves are shouting rubbish about liberty, independence, freedom of opinion, freedom of speech, honestly unconscious of the fantastic contradiction...
