Its an expensive endeavor but proving the laws had his personal interests at the center would have to be a Federal matter.

He didn't pass them. The Legislature did and the Governor signed them.

Also, his plea included counts for, "...depriving the public of honest services...".

So, what he did was illegal, but the legislative outcome was legally reached.

                1. Set up shell corporation off-shore to hide the loot should you be caught.
                2. Retain the best criminal defense law firm.
                3. Contribute to current president's reelection campaign.
                4. President pardons you upon leaving office to clear your record.
                5. Either pardoned, or go away on 5 year vacation to Club Fed while your money grows in the off-shore account from investments that launder the money.
                6. Upon release, you now have clean laundered cash in legitimate investments to retire on in opulent comfort.

I see only upside to this. I like how China deals with corruption: A bullet to the head and organs harvested for transplant.
I heard they even send the family a bill for the cost of the bullets. The reason being the State would not have incurred such a cost if the felon did not commit the crime in the first place. (Sounds plausible but no way to verify).

Man I wish we could find dirt like this on the other crook DeLeon and some of his gang. I figure they are getting paid off by Micheal Bloomberg's and George Soros' super pacs. There has to something illegal there.

Because gun crimes actually don't mean sh*t to these liberals. Ever notice It's the dope crimes they get a hard on for. They don't want law abiding citizens to have firearms. They don't care about crimes committed with them, that is just the stump they stand on to take them away from you and I.

WRONG do what Loyd Blankfein says, turn the crime into a "political act", have the law changed before committing the crime.
