I wanted to create this to allow for informational.

1) Is this SD county only or does this pertain to all of OC?
2) How would one go about applying?
3) What would cause a denial?

I will update the thread here with answers for those looking for the basics.

1) Directly, only SD County, but will be useful in other counties
2) Contact sheriffs office for appointment and ask when to bring application
3) To many possible reasons to list
