Has Gore petitioned for En Banc yet?

Sorry, I have been looking around, but I can't find anything that says he did yet or not. But there are several threads where they either say he has, or he will. Does anybody have an answer as to whether or not Gore has actually filed whatever paperwork he needs to in order to ask for the hearing? Or is this all conjecture at this point? I am mostly wondering because I want to know if it is worth it for us to keep putting pressure on the county supervisors, or if it is moot now.

I haven't heard yet but I think he only has something like 14 days from the opinion date to file for en banc. If he does file, it'll probably be on the last possible day because his attorney has to put together briefs.
