If I have 50 customers and 1 consistently tries to change my product, complains, asks for something extra, then that customer ends up costing me money. That cost cuts into my profit margin on the other 49 customers. Why keep the customer that has proven to be a continual PITA?

I think microstamping LEO guns is a good idea. So, in the case of those LEOs that erroneously shot at those two women in the Chris Dorner manhunt we'd know which idiot the gun belonged to.
