That is awesome. Maybe that will scare Mountain View into not considering it as well.

I never saw any info to whether there is an online ammo ban related to the Sunnyvale legislation. I would think that, if there is such a ban as part of it, that it would be struck down as unconstitutional just like AB962.

New thread for the Sunnyvale suit in the Litigation forum.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

The delays are intentional. Libtards have screwed the people, big time. Delays mean that the 5 to 4 balance on the Supreme Court will change as soon as one of the old conservatives has a heart attack. That could be 2 minutes from now. Obama will appoint the new libtard to achieve his goal = gun control on a mass scale.

Delays = we lose. It's that simple.

I have little confidence that the Courts will fix this issue. Ultimately, it will be the cold dead hands argument that wins the day, if the day is to be won at all.

The Constitution has been eviscerated during this administration's tenure. The 4th Amendment no longer exists, in light of the Patriot Act. The 2nd Amendment also doesn't apply any more. By regulating magazines, the libtards have effectively regulated firearms.

In a State like California, gerrymandering and porous borders have won the day for the libtards. Conservative points of view are no longer tolerated here.

The only hope I see, long term, is to move to a state like Texas or Arizona, and NOT to push the envelope to get federal decisions banning magazines so that those States too are doomed. That's part of the big picture that the NRA is dealing with.

But those currently in power don't even listen to gun owners or those who support them.

George Bernard Shaw once said that "In a Democracy, you get the quality of government that you deserve." And boy was he ever right. These self serving politicians have taken over. Citizens have no voice, and the Courts won't stand up and protect the Constitution any more. It's all political, and not objective application of the laws, as the framers intended.

This experiment, ladies and gentlemen, has been fun, but it is about done. If our Courts won't support and defend the Constitution of the United States, we are all doomed. And from the written opinions that have been handed down, it appears that nobody in a position of power in this country really cares about enforcing the framer's intent. Those guys would laugh their butts off if they knew that our government was limiting the ability of American citizens to defend their lives, their property and their sacred honor. After they stopped laughing, they would probably go after somebody, and make appropriate changes, or they would shake their heads, and walk away in disgust. Either way, we, the people lose.
