    What does SB-567 mean

So what does SB-567 mean. It takes designed to be fired from the shoulder away but exempts handgun. Does this mean the judge will be OK? I am trying to think if anything I have would be required to register under this new law and can't come up with any examples. Thanks for everyone's help.

Saiga 12's and 1919's become AWs?

Definitely not 1919's unless yours is a 12ga in which case call me because that would be rad. Maybe saigas but they don't have a revolving cylinder.

Yes they will be but that is under a different law. Basically i am wondering if I have to register my AOW's as an AW

the main thing this does is redefine those Circuit Judge .45/410 revolving-cylinder rifles (they are rifles due to the rifled bore and not a shotgun) into revolving-cylinder shotguns, which then fall under existing shotgun AW rules.

because of that change in classification, they are opening up a registration period for them.

I think it might also those AOW Judge pistols into AWs. Originally, the Judge was a CA-defined SBS but was not a CA-defined shotgun. since it wasn't a shotgun, it did not violate any shotgun AW rules. So, as long as it was registered as an AOW, it was exempt from the CA-SBS regs.

And lastly, there were some people that were talking about stuff like Saiga-12 PG-only "crusers" not being shotgunsif they didn't have a shoulder stock and didn't meet the definition of a shotgun so they could have detachable magazines and not be a shotgun AW.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
