    Without much more comment possible, the man has been referred to competent local counsel.

    While various issues should be obvious, I would hope that certain matters get minimized.

    I am uncomfortable the way he's couched his appeals for fundraising help.

      I'm a little confused. Even though he bought them before the 1999 ban was put in place that doesn't mean he didn't have to register them with the CA AWB in 2000. Or am I missing something. Either way he had to register them (at least from what I understand) after the 2000 ban was put in place.

        According to the DOJ they have 10,000 confiscations a year. 2013 number not out yet but estimated to be much higher.
