When I went to grade school here in California (Buena Park in the '50s-'60s), my dad's used brass made great whistles for my classmates.
Even the teachers thought they were cool!
This is nuts!
This school's administration suffers from a true sign of emotional retardation fostered from an unfounded fear most likely created by the Brady Bunch
(paraphrasing Sigman Freud here).
They need to be fired and sued!
