Somebody didn't read the thread. There is no indication that anyone besides the owner (who reportedly admitted to doing it) screwed anything in. And I didn't shoot in the El Dorado National Forest for years because of Marcus.

Thanks for the re-assurance. I'll try to head back this summer then. I really just like to shoot and be left in peace. My friends and I don't bother anyone and appreciate the same respect. That ranger was a disaster and basically almost caused some one to get hurt which is always a bad outcome over plinking some paper legally and safely.Comment

I was up off Bonetti Road on New Years Eve. There were lots of people out shooting all kinds of EBR's and not a single Ranger came by. It looks like people have been trying to keep it clean up there too, nowhere near as much junk as I remembered.
