    Good news for California Lead Ban

    "Millions of bird deaths a year from lead poisoning"? Really? Seems like a pretty high number... maybe they are counting the one that are shot by hunters and farmers, too?

        Also, if you didn't know, the California Fish and Game Commission, already rejected expanding the lead ban in the condor zone. That ought to tell you something about the purported factual research. The "environmentalists" think they can get it past an anti-gun California legislature but their science is obviously sketchy.

          If CA did pass this current bill, it would surely be met with an injunction based on the release shared by the OP and other cases where the federal government has backed away from banning lead. Particularly the EPA.
