I hope similar actions are in the works here in CA

Good job! Even though they have a slim chance, actions like this give confidence to other groups. Then it spreads like wildfire.

It seems their restrictions are very similar to the one's Californian's will soon be faced one.

PDF of their lawsuit is here.

But unlike California, the Connecticut Constitution states:

SEC. 15. Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.

Good luck to them I hope they prevail.

          Thanks HM!

          I particularly liked this part:
          153. The aforesaid discrimination against law-abiding citizens who wish to protect
themselves and their families from violence and engage in other lawful activities with firearms
deniesto plaintiffs and members ofplaintiff associations the equal protection ofthe laws, contrary
to the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution

And I very much appreciate the various disabled persons as plaintiffs in the case!
