But unlike California, the Connecticut Constitution states:
SEC. 15. Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.

Thanks HM!It seems their restrictions are very similar to the one's Californian's will soon be faced one.

I particularly liked this part:
153. The aforesaid discrimination against law-abiding citizens who wish to protect
themselves and their families from violence and engage in other lawful activities with firearms

to the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution
And I very much appreciate the various disabled persons as plaintiffs in the case!
