Please respond to your assemblyman and let him know that the use of the DROS funds for anything other than the DROS process would be considered a tax (using it to fund a state agency) of a fundamental right and is wholely unconstitutional.The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.
