PPT transfers of C&R long guns are specifically exempt in current laws. I don’t see such language in the proposed legislation.

You’re thinking about California law, which has already been changed to remove that exemption. We’ll have total registration here next year.

Can you point to anything in the current proposed legislation that says C&R is exempt? I have not see such language in any of the new proposed legislation.

When you see the wording "licensed under this chapter", 03 FFLs are licensed under this chapter.
