This is really important to those living in districts that are currently represented by a democrat.....but, it is not out of the realm of possibility that a republican could get elected in that district.

Well, my Rep is a Republican. But I by no means take that for granted as an indicator of how she will vote. We need to press our conservative reps to make commitments that they will not turn tail...

If your not the letter type writing person . Simply stating you oppose legislation is simple and quick. I do that often. Since these politicians won't read it anyways. Simply stating oppose is one word they may understand it .

True chris, every bit helps. I will probably revise and mail paper to Gov Brown at some point. We can't rule out trying all options at this time. Point is to speak whether we are heard or not.
At least then we have the moral high ground if they take it past peaceful measures some day.
