    Yes it is. You do not have sell it F2F. You can UPS or Fedex parcel it, for instance. Just don't use the USPS where it is not legal.
    Schwarzenegger signed law outlawing mail order sales. Courts overturned the law. F2F is not required in California.

      The few times I have sold ammo online, I have asked for a signed statement from the buyer, stating they was not prohibited from being in possession of ammunition

        *shrugs* I've never been asked for ID from my 3 main sources of online ammo purchase. MidwayUSA, MacksPW, PSA, do not ask for ID.
        It was a rifle that freed this country and it will be a rifle that will keep this country free.

          Yes, that works, buy off the net lately cause the locals don't have any.

          Even in Chicargo that works.
