Web comment about bullet buttons is so off

One of the Mercury News comments to an article about Everett Fred Basham threatening to kill Sen. Yee mentioned how dangerous the bullet button loophole is because it allows fast change outs of 100 round magazines.

Of course I replied that anything over 10 rounds has been illegal in CA for a decade and that the bullet button is a guard that prevents one from dropping a mag without using a tool.

But this kinda brings up a point. The name "bullet button" sounds more dangerous than "magazine lock" - which it really is. So I wonder if we need to educate the public on what a bullet button really is and how we would do it.

Call it a flowers and rainbow button of peace and tranquility, they'll still want to ban it.

These people are idiots and hate the 2nd amendment, they will never stop infringing until they're voted out or guns are all banned.

Look how they used a video without permission as well, but the owner later put a disclaimer on it. However, these guys like him making the BB workarounds and videos demonstrating them are only a massive part of the problem. They may as well have voted for Obama and Feinstein, by handing these video propaganda tools to them.

And I have no idea how we can beat the lies and propaganda, since the Left owns mainstream media, and your average low information Obama voter doesn't watch Fox or other intelligent news broadcasts.

The Founders knew we needed an informed electorate in order to survive as a free America. They were SO right. Now that honest journalism is dead in America, except for a few outlets like Fox, we probably are doomed IMHO.
