A3752 – Requires firearms to be unloaded and securely locked or stored within home.
A lot of good that does at 2AM when someone has broken in.

A3667- Requires mental health screening by licensed professional to purchase a firearm..
Great way to disqualify people from owning a firearm.

A3676- Requires psychological evaluation and in‑home inspection as prerequisite to purchase firearm.
Another way to disqualify people from owning a gun

So much fail from NJ. Sooner or later these people should will rise up against their oppressors. I also see a hefty lawsuit against the state for all these draconian laws. They are no longer free to exercise a right, they must pay through the nose and beg permission to do so.

Somehow they'd make you sign something allowing enter...as a condition of being able to purchase, of course

ACR176 – Memorializes Congress and the President of the United States to enact legislation enforcing stricter firearms control measures.

                They should say FU back.....
