Professor: Get rid of the constitution!

Haven't seen this on calguns yet. I wonder if he is willing to give up his 1st, 4th, 5th, etc ammendment rights. Or is it just the 2nd that can be gotten rid of.

Somebody needs to school this lawyer (yeah, I know, he's a professor, but a law professor is just a lawyer with all the good parts stripped away), on the concept of natural rights. The rights codified in the first 10 amendments to our Constitution predate the document and the men who created it. Shred the paper, repeal the second amendment, etc. - it changes nothing. The foundation of liberty is a belief that all human beings have certain fundamental rights that have not been "granted" by government and therefore cannot be taken away by the same. Chief among these is the right of self defense.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
