CA Gun Laws Could Be Toughest In Nation

Read the latest U.S. and world news, politics, entertainment, lifestyle and opinion pieces from HuffPost’s trusted team of journalists.

Why CA? We live on boarders and coast line. Oregon is beautiful. I'm sick of the constantly changing laws and loss.

Notice it says banning "possession" of >10rd mags. Hmmm... I think that can be the straw just as well as anything else.

Many of the current crop of legislation will be blocked by the courst, that is if they pass the legislature and if Jerry Brown signs them. He has been known to veto some legislation that seemed like a shoe-in in the past, because as an attorney he understood what was allowable and what wasn't, under the California and US Constitutions.

That will take money on our end, though. We will need to lobby and if the time comes, we will need to fight in court.

        Pony up, everybody.

CA has never been the worst. NY, NJ, and IL have always been tougher.

I couldn't find a thread with a single current list containing all proposed CA bills. Can someone post a link please?
Being pro-gun rights in the Bay Area is like being a vegan at an Outback Steakhouse. You know you're right but nobody gives a damn.
