What gives me Hope

The number of threads that have appeared in the 2A forum in the last month is astounding. The tone of most posts, depressing. Yes, our worst fears of a liberal unchecked gun grab has been unleased.
So how do I keep my hope and sanity? It is by what is NOT in the angry and fearful posts. Specifically WHO is not participating in the forum discussions.
Absent from the hubris are the real movers and thinkers of this forum. If you have been here long enough, you know the names, no need to call a roll.
I have strong faith that these individuals are not missing in action, no quite the contrary. These individuals are planning a legal attack against those that would usurp our rights.
I don't need to hear their plans, in fact it is probably best we don't at this point.
I have been happily surprised I the past by the actions of these pro gun hero's. and yes, their actions are heroic.
I counsel patience my friends, and for those that have the means, financial support.
This is what gives me Hope.

I'm trying real hard not to fear the sh*t storm headed our way. And we are in a direct path, don't doubt it. I made a donation to CGF today knowing that there are movers and thinkers working on this. Keeping my fingers crossed and my powder dry.

The 2A forum has been flooded with panic and lunacy. Maybe the "right people" are just keeping to themselves until this blows over.

It is known that the "bad guys" frequent this forum for information to use against us. Gene and the rest are being careful not to aid the enemy. I know we will win in the end, but lets not make the end farther down the road than it has to be.
