Legality of an Olympic Arms Lower

    Hi Guys,
I have a friend asking me about an
    Olympic arms ultra match mod.m.f.r.
I've never heard of one of those and I don't see it on the Roos list or appendix B in the flow chart. I don't have it in my possession so I don't know if has any other markings. Is this considered an "AR-15" as listed in Appendix B?
    Thanks.

Rule 1: if it is not on the list by make+model and is far away from any
"subseries smell-test" drama ("DPMS Panther", etc.), it's OK.

Rule 2: you can't really know until you see a clear picture of all text on
    the sideplate(s) of the receiver.
