Anyone building a Cali AK-74?

That sure would be something cool and different. I can't recall ever seeing 10rnd 5.45 magazines anywhere so, it seems to me, the lack of mags would make a Cali bulid difficult. Maybe someone out of state could convert/manufacture some 10rnd mags?

How about a 5.56 AK? I know 10rnd 5.56 mags are around . . .

There are 5.45 magazines in 10rds...just you reallllllly have to look for it. Its very difficult to find them...and probably will be pretty costly.

I see them on gunbroker every now and then, They cost about $9.99, no one wants a 10 rounder.

As long as you purchased some 5.45mm mags before the ban you can always go gripless.
