I posted it for those who think freedom means that everyone agrees with him or her.

If you're in favor of freedom, then you're in favor of freedom. But if someone wants freedom for him or her self while working against the freedom of others, then that toon is for them.

The only thing that would have made this better (and more factual) if they used the famous "shoulder thing that goes up" quote.
This law is basically on the honor system in 2017 and CA has no honor so CA can go F itself. --Nodaedul

For a lot of people who want to ban abortion, the issue isn't so much that they think it should be banned, but that they don't feel that it should be something that they should be forced to pay for indirectly when they feel that it is murder.

This is accurate. We shouldn't be paying for people like this to abort:

But we also shouldn't be paying for them to support their bottom feeders.

Yeah, I would rather my taxes not go to pay for gun shot victims who don't have any money, either. But I'm glad the poor can get needed healthcare, even if it's on some of my dimes.

That's the difference between the political position I and my mates take, and the political position taken by, er, "freedom loving individuals."

Sigh.....and my tax dollars are going to pay for them to sit on their asses and make more kids, while never looking for a job.

And look at how they encourage the children to be so aggressive. BUT, as soon as you defend yourself. "Oh lawdy, why you got to tazer so close to my kids?" How about, why does your ghetto girl have to act like a moron in front of her kids?

The poor can still get needed healthcare on your dime, and we can still be free.
It's called you having the freedom to donate money to low income healthcare projects run by private organizations, and Jim Bob's freedom to choose not to, because he barely makes enough to pay for his families healthcare, food and housing.

That's what freedom is about. You can still help whoever you want, but you have the choice to determine who you want to help and how much, and you know your money isn't going into a general fund to pay some dumbass politician to write unlawful laws at $200,000/year.

Quit trolling a perfectly good thread.
                  Love the cartoon, btw, OP!

Let's be honest, that's just mental gymnastics the anti-abortion side uses to pretend they're not motivated by religious beliefs.

They know that a religious argument can't/won't get R v W overturned, so they resort to statesrights and tax arguments to obfuscate their real motivations.

idk why but it really irks me when on the news they call them magazine clips. seems like they do it because they know one of them is right but theyre not sure which one so they use both. no desire to get it straight.
