    Cab some one please expalin this to me? It seems that both house of the CA gov have approved this resoltion is that correct?

      It does not look like it has any legal significance. Just the Legislator telling POTUS how they feel.

                  WHEW thanks! I almost had a panic attack when I noticed at the bottom that both houses had resolved this.
